Label printing

Top  Previous  Next

This function allows to print a label with all the formula information actually visible in the main page.

Labels or common paper sheets can be printed on any available printer. Label, laserjet, inkjet, fax, PDF driver, etc. can be used as long as they are correctly configured in the Windows print manager.

A visual copy of the resulting printout is visible when this page is opened. The software automatically adapts the printing area to the available paper format.

Label content

It's possible to decide if the colorants names and quantities are printed using the check box on the lower-right side of the page. In a typical retail operation, for example, this particular information can be omitted if the label is attached to the final product.

Immediately below the label two entry fields are available to insert retail information such as store name, address and telephone number. This information is retained and appears each time the user accesses this page.

Select the right printer

Before printing a label select one of the available printers from the drop-down list. The list contains references to all the printers actually installed under Windows. Make sure the required printer driver has been properly installed, if Windows does not recognize the printer correctly, install the printer drivers following the manufacturer's instructions for the specific version of the operative system and configure the printer driver for the correct label format and size.

Automatic printing

On the bottom right part of the page a check box is available to select automatic printing after a formula has been sent to the dispenser . When the check box is selected one or more labels (see multiple copies selection below) will be printed automatically without any additional user action.

Multiple copies

By default a single copy is printed at a time. Close to the printing button a selector allows to print multiple copies (up to 10) simultaneously.
