Personal formula database

Top  Previous  Next

This function allows to store the formula displayed in the main page or modified/created in the editor page into a personal database file. It's possible to save the formula in an existing file or to generate a new one for the occasion.

Color name

The entry field in the upper part of the page allows to edit the color code/name before saving it. A new code/name can be inserted here. This field cannot be left blank as a code/name is always required to store a formula.

Select a file

In the central part of the screen a list of all existing personal files is displayed. To select an existing file where to store the formula, just click on it or use the arrow keys to navigate the list content. Pressing the ENTER key while a file is selected or double clicking on a file name will result in a quick storing of the formula (as when pressing the store button).

Create a new file

To create a new formula database insert the new file name in the entry filed located at the bottom of the page.

If the file name is not correct (for example contains characters not accepted by the Windows file system) or the file already exist, a warning will signal the error.
