Each time MegaFandeck is installed or transferred to a new computer it runs in DEMO mode . This evaluation mode gives the user the opportunity to evaluate the software before activating the licensed mode.
In this running mode, each time the application is launched, the Information page is displayed. Serial number and "License activation key" fields are clearly visible in this page.
Only after completing the license activation procedure the software will be fully operational allowing to select all the formulas and colors from the database:
Step 1 - Depending where you purchased your license, communicate your installation serial number to the supplier or insert this number in the purchasing form. The 8 digit serial number is clearly displayed in the information page on the left of the software logo.
Step 2 - You will receive a license key associated with your serial number. This key is a set of 18 numbers divided in 3 groups of 6 numbers each ("XXXXXX-YYYYYY-ZZZZZZ" format).
Step 3 - Insert or paste the license key in the entry field located immediately on the right of the serial number. Once the key has been properly inserted press the activation button.
Step 4 - Next time you will run the software all the program functions and database will be available. After activating the license, the program will not ask again for key insertion until 30 days before the license natural expiration. Licenses usually are valid for a period of 1 year or are unlimited.
